Great first dental experience with the entire staff, though the financing part to apply for it, was challenging and not well understood as they are a separate entity. The dental office itself is great, and they do a good job and offer information to clients about their treatments. I am considering staying with this dental office long term to complete my cleaning and treatment needs. I am just starting to come to this place but will give them a 2nd review in a future date. I just wish the dental cost was not so expensive after my insurance pays their portion.

Let me start with i have extreme anxiety from dentist I was greeted with smiles and compassion from all of the staff I had some confusion as to my copay which they promptly worked out WITH a discount I was given gas which made the whole process doable the dentist was fantastic she didn't make Me feel like a idiot for my fears I still have some work to do but because of the whole staff I feel less fearful and confident I can do it Smiles all around so until next Thank You UPDATE: I came into this office already carrying deep trauma from childhood dental experiences. Before the root canal, I clearly told the assistant that I needed the procedure to go slowly, and that it was crucial for them to listen to me if I became overwhelmed. They didn’t listen. When I cried out in pain, kicking and hysterical, they didn’t stop. They held me down and kept going. I was terrified, powerless, and retraumatized. The Endodontist didn’t take a moment to help me calm down or acknowledge my distress. Instead, he tried to justify everything by saying, “I’m not God.” I wasn’t asking for a god. I was asking for compassion, for someone to see me as a human being in pain. It felt like he was more interested in covering his tracks than taking responsibility for how things were handled. To make things worse, a staff member later confided that the dentist has a reputation for being cocky and not listening to patients—and that there had been previous complaints. This kind of treatment is exactly why so many people, especially in minority communities, avoid dentists until it’s too late. We aren’t treated with care, and we’re expected to stay silent when we’re hurt. I wasn’t asking for perfection. I was asking to be heard. To be treated like I mattered. This place is awesome very clean, fast, and amazing staff. I received a deep cleaning by Cheryl I. and she is by far the best Dental Hygienist I have had. She is very considerate, professional, informative, and just overall very welcoming. I literally could have took a nap in her chair that’s how comfortable I was and normally I’d be in pain. She was very attentive to my care and comfort, which I love. Such an upgrade from Western Dental. I will definitely be back!!
